All exports are CSV. Choose where you intend to upload the file.

Broker floor = permission to sell. A filled Afternic floor can allow a broker to conclude a sale without another approval. Blank by default; enter it manually if desired.

Minimum offer defaults to 25% of BIN (at least $20) when missing. Edit it before export. Custom Lander display flags are only included when that lander is selected.

Edit BIN, optional minimum offer and owner-authorized floor before generating a file. Incomplete or invalid entries stop the export rather than silently disappearing.

Proposals aren't closed-sale comps.

Investor-workbench prices are intrinsic-model scenarios, not verified comparable sales or guaranteed buyer demand. An actual seller floor needs your approval. Check conflicts with Atom Premium exclusivity and any existing sales agreements.
