COMPLETED SALES

Search real comps.
Or show nothing.

The explorer only displays curated, source-linked reported domain transactions and authorized imported sale records.

The evidence rule

Asking prices are not sales. Search snippets are not sales. A plausible-looking number generated by a model is not a sale. DomainWorth only displays source-attributed reported transactions and authorized imported records, and says so plainly when it has none.

How comps affect appraisals

Comparable relevance considers token overlap, length, TLD, domain class, intrinsic-score similarity and recency. Better matches receive more influence than superficial keyword collisions.

Where the data comes from

The explorer is backed by a documented sales reference set, not by scraping marketplaces or search results. This small selected reference dataset does not represent typical closing prices. An individual retail range changes only when three closely comparable sales from the same TLD and domain class are available with bounded price spread. Bulk portfolio numbers remain uncalibrated intrinsic estimates.
