DomainWorth is designed to work without advertising trackers or mandatory user accounts.

Appraisal and portfolio requests

When you use the workstation, the browser sends the domain names and related analysis inputs needed to your DomainWorth server. Standard server logs may record technical request information such as IP address, timestamp and user agent depending on your web-server configuration.

Browser-local data

Shortlists and appraisal history are stored in your browser using localStorage. They are not account-based synchronization features.

Evidence providers

If live evidence is enabled, the server may query public registration, DNS and web endpoints and any optional providers configured by the operator. Provider credentials stay server-side.

Contact form

Contact submissions contain the name, email, subject and message you provide. The default self-hosted configuration writes submissions to a server-side data file. If a contact webhook is configured, the same submission may also be sent to that operator-controlled endpoint.

Tracking and cookies

The launch package does not include third-party advertising or analytics scripts and does not require a cookie banner for its own operation. If the operator later adds analytics, advertising or other third-party services, this policy should be updated accordingly.

Retention

Server logs, contact records and any imported data should be retained only as long as operationally necessary. The operator is responsible for backups, deletion practices and compliance obligations applicable to the deployment.
