Portfolio triage
The portfolio model scores each domain intrinsically, then groups names into FLIP, BUILD, HOLD, SLEEPER and DROP candidates. Bulk mode intentionally avoids firing thousands of paid or public lookups.
Decide: from scores to calls
Scores rank names; they don't decide for you. Decide puts DomainWorth's model ranges next to your HumbleWorth estimates, current Afternic, Sedo and Atom asks and registrar renewal data, one row per domain with every value labeled by its source. Model suggestions appear as dashed hints you can accept or ignore. Sell calls go straight to the Sale Center; other calls export as plain lists or a renewal calendar.
Review queues, not instructions
Sale-test, build, hold, research and drop-review groups can overlap. These are model-generated suggestions, not verified buyer demand or proof that a name is unused. Never drop a domain without checking live use, traffic, earnings and renewal data. Bulk mode does not match individual domains to completed sales.
Portfolio economics
If your CSV includes acquisition cost and annual renewal cost, DomainWorth calculates known cost basis, renewal exposure, modeled wholesale-to-basis multiples and renewal dollars tied to DROP-tagged inventory.
Renewal leak
The workstation flags every kept name that renews above the cheapest partner rate for its extension and totals what transferring would save each year. For a standalone version that also builds a registrar-by-registrar transfer list from any domain export, use the renewal savings tool, or compare the rates first on the registrar renewal table.
Renewal budget scenarios
Five editable USD-per-year inputs produce an illustrative carrying-cost scenario for names without renewal information. Actual uploaded renewal figures take precedence. The scenario is not a quote or expected cost and cannot substitute for registrar invoices or premium-renewal schedules. You can preview a separate registrar export, confirm the merge, and preserve existing values by default. Download a domain-prefilled CSV template if your registrar export lacks a usable USD annual renewal field; other currencies, zero and malformed prices will not be silently counted.

Investor exports and pricing evidence
The Investor Workbench builds a complete renewal review CSV and a model-based liquidation listing CSV. You can attach user-entered sale sources and export a backup of your evidence. No domain is listed, dropped or renewed automatically, and the user-entered sales references are not independently verified. Current pilot tools are available without payment.
